Group Saver – Terms & Conditions

  • Online bookings only
    Group Saver pricing is available exclusively for online bookings made via our website. It is not available for walk-ins, phone bookings, or same-day bookings.

  • Advance booking required
    All Group Saver sessions must be booked at least 1 day in advance. Bookings made on the day of the visit will be charged at standard rates.

  • Group size & pricing
    Pricing is based on the number of players booked and paid for in advance.
    If fewer players attend on the day, the price will not be reduced or refunded.

  • Additional players on the day
    Any extra players added on the day of the session will be charged at standard walk-in prices, subject to availability, and will not retroactively apply Group Saver discounts.

  • Age requirement
    Group Saver sessions are suitable for ages 8+ and 10+ depending on the experience booked. All participants under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult on-site.

  • Session length
    Group Saver pricing applies to 1-hour VR sessions only (total session length is approx, and can vary depending one games selected on the day).

  • 9D VR Roller Coaster add-on
    The 9D VR Roller Coaster is an optional paid add-on unless otherwise stated.

  • XP Gaming Room offer
    The half-price XP Gaming Room (£30) is only available when booked alongside an online Group Saver session.
    The room may be used for gaming OR food, not both at the same time.

  • Availability
    Group Saver pricing is subject to availability and capacity limits and may be withdrawn or amended during peak periods, school holidays, or special events.

  • Late arrivals
    Late arrival may result in reduced play time, and sessions will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings.

  • Non-transferable
    Group Saver discounts cannot be combined with other offers, vouchers, or promotions unless explicitly stated.

  • Right to refuse
    VRXP UK reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not follow safety instructions or venue rules. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
